COVID 19 INFORMATION
Bouncy Castles Wales are pleased to announce that we can now provide bouncy castles to private gardens. To ensure the safety of our staff and customers we ask that people comply with our Covid procedures. We ask that everyone respects the measures below :-
- We are only able to deliver Bouncy castles via a side gate or entrance, we are unable to walk or bring equipment through houses.
- While we assemble/ dissemble the Bouncy castle or party tent, we ask that nobody is present in the garden and the household is to remain in the property until the set up is finished.
- If anyone in your household has tested positive for Covid 19 in the last 10 days we will be unable to hire out the equipment.
- We will sanitise the Castle or party tent on arrival and departure.
- Please ensure when using the Bouncy Castle or Party tent you are complying with the Welsh Government guidelines in regards to the amount of people you can have. (Bouncy Castles Wales will take no responsibility for any issues or fines that are incurred if the guidelines are broken).
